The First Museum of Candy to Open in New York This Summer

The Sugar Factory will introduce The Museum of Candy this summer in New York City. Similar to its Museum of Ice Cream in Miami, there will be history lessons about the industry, a fashion show featuring candy canes, and a candy café that demonstrates the gummy bear-making process.
It will take space in a 30,000-square-foot Limelight Club space with a total of 15 candy-themed rooms to learn and take pictures. There will also be a shop to purchase baking and candy mold tools. No Paris, Milan or New York for Opening Ceremony. The trendy New York City-based brand is planning a more novel location to show its fall collection - Disneyland.
Opening Ceremony will reveal this morning that it will host what it says is the first fashion show to be staged at the Disneyland resort in Anaheim, Calif.. The show is slated March 7.
Opening Ceremony declined to provide further details at this point, directing interested parties to its social media channels for further announcements.
